STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS & SERVICE!!!! I hired Mr. Sandless to refinish the hardwood floors in both of my daughter’s rooms. Upon finishing the process, we ran across a difficulty with my floors that required to be corrected. Even though this issue had nothing to do with Mr. Sandless or their procedure, the technicians right away contacted the owner, who said he would do whatever was required to make the floors proper. More THAN PLEASED WITH THE WORK! Thank you so a lot for the fantastic work that Mr. Sandless did on the floors in my mother’s house. The hardwood floors were installed 46 years ago when the home was being built. A few years after, underlay and carpeting had been glued directly onto the hardwood. Then, years after that, an additional layer of carpet was stapled over the top of all of this. It all seemed like a daunting project for anyone to take on — but you came via as well as the results are fantastic!
